Developers

With many managing agents now imposing a charge to produce a service charge estimate and refusing to manage smaller developments without applying a high minimum management fee, we are delighted to say we are different.  We will draft estimates, attend legal set up meetings and advise on legal documents such as Leases and Transfers.  We work with potential buyers to explain what we do and assist in a positive experience for your purchasers.  We are an extended arm of customer care to many of the developers we work with.

We are working with several new independent developers in an advisory capacity that has helped them to launch their first projects with confidence and professionalism.

Where a management company is part of the structure, we will deal with the appointment of Directors, and assist with the smooth handover of the management company to resident Directors in a timely manner.
