Eaves Property Management Services Limited was incorporated on 20th April 2018 (Company Number 11320518) and is a privately-owned managing agent, providing professional and competent property management services. Beverley Eves is the Managing Director and as the founder of EAVES was focused on the key elements of exemplary property management. Beverley’s desire to provide a personal level of customer care and total financial transparency to clients is the very core of the business.
We have an experienced, dedicated team of property professionals who can assist you with all aspects of property management covering leasehold blocks, commercial and estate management throughout the South of England. Our services can be tailored to suit your needs, and we are able to offer a billing and collection only service, and Company Secretarial services. Amongst our clients are small freehold developments of only six units, and a large mixed estate comprising 286 units. We have experience with listed property, new builds and conversions.
We have invested in the best software available to the industry, Qube, now formally known as MRI Software. The extensive functionality of Qube supports all the elements of property management to provide clients and property owners with complete transparency using the reporting mechanisms within. Bespoke reports can also be written for clients, and a quarterly suite of financial reports can be provided seamlessly.
Our aim is to provide an exceptional level of customer service and build trusting relationships with our clients. Management of a development cannot be carried out virtually, and at EAVES it is important to us that we carry out regular inspections of the developments and meet with residents and contractors to ensure high standards of management are maintained. Paramount to us is remembering that the service charge funds belong to the property owners, and it is important for customers to know where and how their money is being spent. We do not accept commissions, or apply administration costs to the contracted services, nor do we have an interest in promoting in-house contractor services.
